  • While I specialize in supporting women, men are welcome to reach out for 1-on-1 coaching if they feel aligned with my approach.

  • No. In Colorado, the title “nutritionist” isn’t regulated, so anyone can use it. A registered dietitian (RD) is licensed, holds a degree, and can diagnose and treat medical conditions.

    I’m certified as a Functional Nutrition Counselor and a board-certified Functional Health Coach. Unlike traditional nutritionists who may follow general guidelines, I take a functional approach—looking at the root causes of symptoms and guiding clients with personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I don’t diagnose or prescribe, but I help you understand your body and make sustainable changes to support your health and energy.

  • Both take a whole body-approach, but functional nutrition goes deeper—focusing on the root causes of symptoms using personalized, science-based strategies.
